Someone you love is navigating a major transition — gender, disability, or both. Let's make sure the systems don't get in the way.
I help partners, parents, siblings, and chosen family navigate the medical, legal, and administrative maze that comes with gender-affirming care, disability, and chronic illness so you can focus on showing up for them.
Hi, I'm Elliott (they/ask). I'm a certified Peer Support Specialist and Psychological First Aid provider who helps the people supporting trans, queer, disabled, and neurodivergent loved ones find their footing — whether that loved one is your kid, your partner, your sibling, or your chosen family.
You don't need to become an expert in healthcare systems, disability benefits, legal name change procedures, or how to find a provider who actually gets it. That's what I'm here for.
I can help you support your loved one by:
Finding affirming, qualified providers
Understanding the gender-affirming surgery process, if and when that's relevant
Navigating name and gender marker changes, including legal paperwork
Applying for and managing benefits like SSI/SSDI and Medicaid
Coordinating care across multiple providers and systems
Processing the grief, overwhelm, or isolation that can come with this transition— for them, and for you
I bring both professional training (trauma-informed care, HIPAA compliance, SOGIE competency) and years of hands-on experience helping people move through exactly these systems.
